(no joke, it happened)) Whether it’s sciatica, hip pain, lumbar pain, knee pain, status post surgery, or chronic pain, any type of pain can interrupt your creative juices. Learn how to manage that pain through the Melt Method without the aid of prescription drugs or over-the-counter medication.
*Those wishing to participate in the actual stretching part of the class are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing – yoga pants/lounge pants/sweat pants, a shirt that won’t expose the girls if it falls up or to the side, socks that you won’t mind everyone seeing, and make sure to drink plenty of water as well as bring water with you. If you have a yoga mat or two, please bring them with you to share with a non-yoga mat member.
